Upon a battleground of social media platforms the culture wars rage on.  Amidst a barrage of sound bite posts and protest screams, the political machines continue their attacks on one another, each side armed with images to defend ideologies that threaten an opposing view and pursuit of the American Dream.  The collateral damage of which is the demise of civil public discourse and the destruction of the inner peace we all seek.

 

In response, art exploring and exposing the crossfire between sacred texts and political rhetoric, war and worship, prose and poetry, tragedy and beauty is requested as we seek to encounter the shalom of God through sight and sound.
